Contemporary Witchcraft!
Overview: Find out the basics of contemporary witchcraft, associations to celestial events, and the elements of nature that can help you in your for day-to-day living. Explore the Wheel of Year focusing on the upcoming Samhain (pronounced Sow-wen) holiday otherwise known as Halloween. An emphasis will be put on creating your own ritual and spell for a new moon, full moon or a specific purpose. Participate in a circle and experience the power of transformation through magick. A brief discussion of the religion of Wicca will also be included. Instructor: Carolyn Maroney is a practicing Witch, and holds a Master of Science in Educational Psychology.
