Overview: This is a nuts and bolts interactive workshop on the
mechanics of writing a successful grant. First, we’ll examine the seven parts of
a grant writing proposal and learn how to find potential funding sources. Next
we’ll work together to write a small grant and evaluate our efforts. This class
will give you the resources to find funding and give you some practical
experience in writing a grant in a small group. So register today, bring a pen
and paper, roll up your shirt sleeves and start writing that winning proposal!

Instructor: Dominic Cataldo holds a master’s degree from Michigan
State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of New
Hampshire. He has successfully written federal , state, and private grants worth
over $300,00 and has served as a program peer reviewer with the federal
Department of Health an Human Services.
